Terms of Service — Favely

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Favely you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Favely. One person may not maintain more than one account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the lists, annotations, and other content you create on Favely. By posting content you grant Favely a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that content within the service. You may not post content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

3a. Google APIs compliance

Favely uses Google APIs (Google Places and Google Books) in compliance with the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. You agree to these policies when using Favely.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape or bulk-export data from the platform without permission
Use the service to spam or harass other users
Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service
Impersonate another person or entity

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

6. Disclaimer

Favely is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Favely after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
